A new form of maritime partnership

Be part of the project you always imagined.

Ocean Capital brings together a select group of partners around one defined maritime project — a yacht, vessel or floating asset. You share the story, the choices and the horizon; our team handles the disciplined work behind it.

Ocean Capital Crown Project · OC01

Robust S25-DS

A 25 metre aluminium sailing explorer: designed around the quiet confidence of an owner-operated yacht, with the open living of a deck saloon.

Robust is the most developed newbuild expression in The First Collection. It is being shaped as a disciplined, sales-first product — personal enough for a founding owner, defined enough to become a credible series.

01

Explorer DNA

Robust aluminium construction, clear decks and a serviceable long-range mindset — translated into a true sailing yacht.

02

One light living space

A panoramic deck saloon joins cockpit, navigation and daily life without losing the connection to the sea.

03

Owner-operated by design

Assisted sail handling, thoughtful storage and two prepared lower-deck directions keep customisation deliberate, not open-ended.

04

First-hull discipline

Engineering, weight, stability, energy architecture and a shipyard study are defined before the first build route opens.

The integrated project team

The right disciplines. One team. One accountable route.

Ocean Capital's trusted network can be appointed as an integrated project team for private yacht, vessel and selected maritime projects — whether a refit, a newbuild, a conversion or a purpose-led vessel.

Built through years of close collaboration across design, naval architecture, engineering, build, operations and commercial strategy, the relevant disciplines arrive with a shared project language, established working relationships and one clear objective: carry the project from first brief to launch with confidence.

Independent project engagement. This capability is available for standalone projects too. Ocean Capital does not need to be a partner, owner or operator in the underlying asset project.

01

One integrated team

A pre-aligned group of technical, design, build, operational and commercial disciplines - coordinated as one team, not a collection of separate advisers.

02

Full-scope capability

From initial brief and feasibility to design definition, tendering, refit or build delivery, commissioning and operational readiness.

03

One accountable route

Central coordination, early challenge and a shared decision rhythm keep priorities, interfaces, budget boundaries and delivery standards aligned.

Selected maritime project routes · OC Custom

Defined projects. One standard of execution.

Each route is developed around a clear brief, project boundary and operating plan. Today the collection is yacht-led; OC Custom also creates a route for suitable maritime projects introduced by owners and trusted relationships.

Partnership, made explicit

You become a partner in one defined project.

Each project has its own project company, owner register, contracts and operating plan. You do not buy into a pooled fleet or an Ocean Capital balance sheet.

Participation is considered from any amount that is suitable for the project. The final allocation is set only after the project route, participant checks and legal documents are complete.

02One clear project record

Approved plans, contracts, records and reporting are organised around that same project — never a pooled fleet.

03Project DAO from the start

Verified partners use the DAO as the controlled decision layer for the choices reserved to the partner group.

The legal documents and owner register remain decisive. The DAO records and governs reserved owner decisions; it does not replace the project contract, captain authority or legal duties.

The partner journey

Four steps from interest to a recorded position.

The same structure is used for every project; the asset, terms and operating mandate remain separate.

01

Participation route

We establish the project fit, timing and route. At a project-defined small allocation level, a lighter onboarding route may be available where permitted; all thresholds are confirmed per project.

02

Project onboarding

Approved participants complete identity checks, contract review and the agreed settlement route for that specific project.

03

Ownership recorded

Once conditions are met, the SPV records the position in its owner register. Initial ownership and settlement remain conventional.

04

Partner access & project DAO

You receive reporting, documents and controlled access to the DAO for the decisions reserved to the partner group.

The partnership, made practical

The role of every partner is clear.

Each project has one defined partner group, one operating mandate and one transparent decision boundary.

01

You own

A recorded ownership position in one dedicated project company, established through the signed project documents and owner register.

02

The project DAO decides

Verified partners decide the qualified vessel or build choice and the material matters expressly reserved to the partner group.

03

Ocean Capital operates

Ocean Capital and the professional crew execute within the approved mandate. Safety, class, insurance, navigation and law remain protected.

Project terms confirm the final allocation, participation requirements, cost boundary, reporting access and transfer rules before any ownership position is recorded.

The project DAO

The DAO is part of the foundation — from the start.

The DAO is the controlled decision layer for one project. It gives verified partners a clear voice on the matters that belong to them, without compromising professional operation.

DAO approval

The mandate Ocean Capital works under

  • Review and approve qualified project choices in line with the mandate and evidence defined for that project.
  • Approve the operating plan, budget boundary, reserve policy and charter strategy set out in the project terms.
  • Approve material changes to scope, spend, asset use or a proposal expressly reserved for owner consent.
  • Vote within the disclosed scope, quorum and voting window for that project.

Ocean Capital & crew execute

Operational authority within the approved mandate

  • Run charter, maintenance, crew, suppliers and project controls against the approved plan and budget.
  • Captain authority, safety, navigation, class, insurance and legal compliance always remain protected.
  • Act immediately in an emergency or to meet a non-deferrable legal, safety or insurance obligation, then report the action.

Open-book operations

Partners see the operating picture, not just a summary.

Every project has a dedicated open-book reporting layer for its verified partners. It follows the actual project bank, contracts and operating records — not an estimated dashboard.

01

Approved plan

The current partner-approved operating plan, budget, reserve policy and decision calendar remain visible.

02

Actuals & evidence

Partners can review project income, costs, invoices, contracts, maintenance records and variance explanations in the project data room.

03

Controls & changes

Material variances and out-of-mandate actions are surfaced for partner review and, where required, a DAO decision before Ocean Capital continues.

Access is restricted to verified project partners and authorised advisers. Personal data, crew confidentiality, security-sensitive asset data and legally protected information are handled with appropriate access controls.

Belong to the story

Not a seat in a generic fleet. A place in one remarkable partnership.

Each Ocean Capital project begins with a shared ambition: select the right yacht, vessel or build, give it a clear purpose and operate it to a standard its partners can be proud of.

The result is deliberately personal. The project has its own partner group, its own mandate and its own decisions. The sea is the setting; the standards are what make it real.

Operating standards

What Ocean Capital does and does not do.

Ocean Capital does

  • Lead selected maritime projects — including yacht, vessel and floating-asset routes — through its own management team within the partner-approved mandate.
  • Prepare and present evidence-led project choices in line with the relevant project mandate.
  • Maintain open-book project records, reporting, operations, maintenance and cost controls for verified partners.
  • Use secure digital tools to support the owner register, documents, audit trail and DAO voting workflow.

Ocean Capital does not

  • Offer guaranteed returns, liquidity, value preservation or owner-use days.
  • Run a public sale or unrestricted marketplace.
  • Let a DAO override captain authority, safety, class, maintenance or insurance.
  • Mix cash, ownership rights or decisions between projects.
